All information regarding a business listing in the accommodation, experiences and food and drink section are given direct from the business owners themselves or using third party information like affiliate websites to create a listing. If there are any inaccuracies in that information included but not limited to such things as price, then LakeDistrict Hub is not responsible for those inaccuracies. We encourage all our advertisers to update their information with us when there are any major changes to their business information. We will include external links to these websites, but they are beyond our control and each user must refer to that websites own terms and conditions before making any bookings with those businesses.

Business Advertising

If you are business wishing to advertise on the www.lakedistricthub.com and www.lakedistricthub.co.uk websites then you give us your express permission to use your assets to create your listing and use of any logos. Any new business advertising with us will receive a 6 month free period at the start of their advertising but will enter into a 18 month agreement and a link for payment will be sent covering the whole of the 18 month period asking for the full years payment in advance with a future start date after the 6 months before the first payment is taken. After the 18 month period, the advertising will run in 12 month periods and on initially setting up your account with us a recurring payment will be set up to be taken 18 months after you first set up the advertising agreement and taken every 12 months thereafter. If you wish to cancel the contract then you need to provide 30 days’ notice and our finance team will end the recurring payment and your listing on the final day of either the 18 month period if you are a new advertiser or after the 12 month period. By signing up as an advertiser to www.lakedistricthub.com and www.lakedistricthub.co.uk you are agreeing to these terms that are set out within the terms and conditions of the website.

Bookings

www.lakedistricthub.com and www.lakedistricthub.co.uk do not take any responsibility for any bookings made as a result of visiting this site. The booking owner is the business provider that you booked with. www.lakedistricthub.com and www.lakedistricthub.co.uk are simply providers of information for those business and we do not collect any monies from their bookings and direct all customers direct to their own individual business website and therefore the contract of booking is with the accommodation provider and not ourselves.

Intellectual Policy

Your use of the website and its content grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and any other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content including LakeDistrict Hub software and all HTML and other code contained in this website. All such content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions.
